How We Work
Step One: We Collect
We collect unwanted swim, bike, run, and other activewear from experienced athletes across the country. Every item we accept is new or in like-new condition, giving high-quality gear a second life instead of letting it sit unused.
Step Two: We Make It Affordable
We carefully inspect, photograph, and list every item on our website at a fraction of its original retail price. This allows new and beginner athletes to access quality gear without the high cost that often prevents people from getting started.
Step Three: We Reinvest in the Sport
Every three months, we donate 20% of our profits to the Challenged Athletes Foundation, which helps individuals with physical disabilities pursue active lifestyles through sport. To date, we've contributed more than $2,000. The remaining 80% is reinvested into TriThrift's own programs that reduce barriers to triathlon participation for underrepresented communities.
